RTO Payment Assurance LLC, upon purchase of assurance plan, RTO Payment Assurance LLC, bears risk of loss to the Purchased Property, except as to loss or damage

caused by moisture, scratches, mysterious disappearance, vandalism, abandonment or any other damage intentionally caused by the customer or that results from

the customer’s willful or wanton misconduct. For damage to or the loss of the Property due to fire, Customer must supply RTO Payment Assurance, LLC, with a copy of an official

report evidencing fire, excluding contents.

If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the contract being signed you will be refunded all monies that have been put down. If you cancel your contract after 48 hours of the

contract being signed the following applies to a cancellation fee: RTO customers; 8 wide $100, 10 wide $150, 12 wide $250, 14 wide $750 and 16 wide $1500. Cash customers you will be

refunded all but 10% of the retail selling price of the barn. Premier is not liable to refund all money after 48 hours due to permitting issues in your area.

Disclaimer (Only for On-Lot Used Building Condition). The building you are purchasing is being purchased “As-Is”; therefore, it does not come with any craftsmanship or

product warranties and/or guarantees. By signing below, you acknowledge this fact and will not hold Premier Portable Buildings or it’s associates responsible for the condition of the

building or defects in products or craftsmanship for the life of the building.

Any balance due is to be paid in full at the time of delivery, if there is a damage issue it needs to be stated on the signed delivery sheet and all but 10% of the balance is due

at the time of delivery. Customer authorizes Premier to run any credit card on file (if provided) upon delivery of all non RTO purchases unless otherwise stated on the delivery sheet.

Customers have 48 hours from the time the contract is signed to make any changes without incurring a cancellation fee of $300. If changes are made after 48 hours of

signing the contract a $300 fee will be added to the new sales order, this applies to RTO and Cash customers.
